HQ Systems was appointed to deliver a complete network infrastructure upgrade at Elmley Nature Reserve, a prestigious wedding and events venue set within a unique rural location. The project required a reliable, high-performance network capable of supporting day-to-day operations, large-scale events, and seamless connectivity across multiple buildings spread throughout the site.
To create a robust and future-proof infrastructure, we installed a new external-grade Cat6 cabling network across the entire site, providing a resilient backbone for internet connectivity, WiFi, and inter-building communications.
The existing Starlink internet service was fully integrated into the new network, ensuring a stable, high-speed connection throughout the venue. A central network cabinet was installed within the main barn, serving as the heart of the site’s communications infrastructure, with all services professionally terminated and organised to allow for future expansion.
To connect the various buildings across the estate, we installed a point-to-point wireless bridge system, providing fast and reliable links between key locations. Internal wireless access points were strategically positioned to deliver seamless WiFi coverage for staff, visitors, and wedding guests, while structured Cat6 cabling was installed throughout the office areas to provide dependable high-speed network connections.
